HAIRPOINT: Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The HAIRPOINT Rewards Program (“Program”) allows customers to earn points for eligible purchases of salon services at HAIRPOINT location. Points may be redeemed for discounts or complimentary services as described below.

2. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to all customers aged 18 or older.

  • No purchase is necessary to enroll.

  • Enrollment may occur in‑store or through the HAIRPOINT.BOOKEDBY.COM app or website.

3. Earning Points

  • Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible services.

  • Points are credited to your account within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Points are non‑transferable and have no cash value.

  • Points may not be earned on taxes, or tips.

4. Redeeming Points

  • Points may be redeemed for rewards such as discounts or complimentary services.

  • Every 300 points = $15 off your next eligible service or haircut purchase.

  • Maximum redemption per transaction: 600 points ($30.00 value).

  • Rewards are maxed out at 600 points and will not accrue until they fall under 600 points.

  • Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

5. Expiration & Account Maintenance

  • Points expire 24 months after the date they are earned if no qualifying purchase occurs.

  • HAIRPOINT reserves the right to adjust or correct point balances in case of system errors or misuse.

6. Changes & Termination

  • HAIRPOINT may modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes will be posted on the official HAIRPOINY website or app.

7. Privacy

  • Personal information collected for the Program is used solely for account management and promotional communication.

8. Arbitration, Jury Trial Waiver & Class Action Waiver

By participating in the Program, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Program or these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

By enrolling or participating, you further agree to the following:

  • Waiver of Jury Trial: You waive any right to a trial by jury or bench trial in any action or proceeding related to the Program.

  • Class Action Waiver: You agree that no class actions, collective actions, or representative proceedings shall be permitted. All claims must be brought individually, and the arbitrator has no authority to consolidate claims or award relief to any group or class of participants.

9. Limitation of Liability

HAIRPOINT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of points or rewards. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
